Overview
A working cooperage with unique visitor centre, where skilled coopers and their apprentices practise this ancient craft. Each year they repair around 100,000 oak casks - barrels, hogsheads, butts and puncheons; which will be used to mature many different whiskies. Savour the sights, sounds and smells of the bustling workshops and why not have a go at building a demonstration cask? There is also a spacious gift shop and a barrel themed coffee shop.
