Colchester Zoo offers a full-day of adventure for visitors of all ages. Set in extensive grounds, the zoo features a wide and diverse animal collection presented in spacious, immersive habitats, supported by clear interpretation and strong conservation messaging. Visitor facilities include places to eat, play areas and great customer service. If you want to stay longer, the Enchanted Trail of Light is a magical after-hours experience that turns the park into a wonderland of illuminated trails, artistic light installations, and festive displays.
