The Chequers Inn is a charming 16th-century inn, offering seven well-appointed guest rooms nestled beneath the iconic Froggatt Edge in the heart of the Derbyshire countryside. Hearty, seasonal dishes are served daily in the inviting bar area, which now features a newly designated dog-friendly dining space. On warmer days, food and drinks can be savoured on the sunny terrace, which backs directly onto tranquil woodland. Excellent selection of local beers and ales here.
