"Traditional family-owned hotel on the seafront."
Overview
The Kingsway is a historic hotel which first opened its doors in 1926, but has since revamped its interior to a more contemporary décor. Ideally located on the seafront of Cleethorpes, many rooms come with a sea view. Bedrooms are comfortable and come in a range of sizes. A 'table d'hote' menu is available both at lunch and dinner, served in the beautiful wood panelled restaurant. There is a relaxing hidden garden/terrace at the rear and a large private car park.

About the area
Much of the fenland around the Wash has been drained of its marshes and reclaimed as highly productive farmland. Further north, the coastline, with its sandy beaches, has been developed to accommodate the holiday industry, with caravans, campsites and the usual seaside paraphernalia.
