Overview
Stansted Park is set in 1750 acres of park and woodland. The mansion rooms house the Bessborough family collection of furniture and paintings, and below stairs the restored servants quarters can be found, with an extensive collection of household artefacts giving an insight into the running of the house. The ancient Chapel of St Paul was an inspiration to the poet John Keats and is open in conjunction with the house. Various events through the summer and Christmas.
