Overview
Bybrook at The Manor House sits right at the heart of the picture postcard village of Castle Combe, which has long been used as a film location. It’s a stunning spot with 356 acres of grounds including an Italian garden. The Bybrook itself is an elegant and airy dining room with stained-glass windows, and unclothed tables with delightful displays of fresh flowers. Head chef Rob Potter’s style is for intelligently created dishes that are refined and light, with the kitchen garden making an important contribution.
