Dining at the Hell Bay Hotel is inspired by island and sea; from shellfish delivered by the island fisherman to vegetables grown just down the lane and meat and game from mainland suppliers. Head Chef Richard Kearsley and his team use ingredients from the islands, Cornwall, and the wider West country to create award-winning dishes.
