Overview
Standing proud in the shadow of Fort Regent, the island capital's 19th-century fortifications, Bohemia Restaurant is part of The Club Hotel & Spa, and from the hotel rooftop terrace there’s the bonus of a delightful view across St Helier. The restaurant's bistro-style decor features polished wood and a modernist design giving the dining room a clubby feel, while the kitchen’s modern approach delivers refined results shining with intense craftmanship in every dish. Premium materials from the island’s lavish bounty are par for the course, as in a dish of pan-fried line-caught Jersey sea bass matched with Alsace bacon, sardine purée, Tropea onion, smoked mussel foam and a velvety sauce matelote.
