Overview
The Green Lady at Thainstone House showcases the best of seasonal local produce – from 28-day matured Scotch beef, cooked on the Josper, to market fish-of-the-day from the nearby fishing ports. Lovingly restored, the high ceilings, brass chandeliers, flickering candles and Wedgwood green walls set an elegant scene for dinner.
