"A warm welcome and genuine hospitality is clearly afforded to guests here."
Overview
Translating to "Sunny Place", Grianaig Guest House is a charming place to stay on the southern end of Uist, run by husband-and-wife team, Chris and Carla. There is a great sense of generosity with a large comfortable lounge and dining space, and Chris beavering away in the open plan kitchen preparing superb evening meals based on local produce and award-winning breakfasts. The four rooms are pristine in presentation and very comfortable, featuring a host of little extra touches to make a stay memorable. The property has a full alcohol licence offering over 20 whiskies and a full wine list. Grianaig Guest House is a great base for exploring the islands, north and south.
