Overview
Clematis Cottage is a luxury self-catering cottage, with a hot tub, set on Swardicott Farm with stunning views of Dartmoor. The farm has a lake, grazed meadows, hedgerows and 75-acre woodland which makes up nearly three quarters of the area of the farm, providing beautiful and tranquil walks, with a variety of wildlife. Many stretches of coast are within easy driving distance, as are a wide variety of north Devon’s holiday attractions.
