Overlooking the lush Lyher Valley, this delightful inn is set in 10 acres of lawns and woodland, just 15 minutes from Plymouth, and once housed staff from Stoketon Manor, whose ruins lie on nearby. The menu offers something for everyone – Mediterranean meze; confit of belly pork; and home-made soup of the day; mains include rack of roasted ribs; or warm Manuka smoked duck salad. There’s a children's playground and a treehouse.
