The modern interior features grey leather sofas, hardwood furniture and a superbly equipped solid oak kitchen with high‑quality appliances. Sustainability is built in, with underfloor heating from a central biomass boiler, bamboo flooring and low‑energy lighting. Both bedrooms have en‑suite facilities – one with a level‑entry wet room and grab rails, the other with a shower bath – and each offers flexible super king or twin ziplink beds and accessible wardrobes. Wide 840mm doorways and generous turning spaces ensure easy movement, while the large double‑height open‑plan living area, with exposed beams, glass features and quadruple doors, creates a bright, airy space overlooking the orchard garden.
