"Elegance, comfort and accomplished cooking in a townhouse setting."
Overview
Backing onto the River Cam and Jesus Green, Restaurant 22 is a converted Victorian townhouse with an elegant but unfussy dining room in shades of grey and crisp white. On offer here are long and short tasting menus plus a set menu at Thursday lunchtime. Expect precise cooking with layers of flavour as in a dish of chalk stream trout, cucumber, wasabi and seaweed, followed by royal Anjou squab pigeon, blood orange, carrot and rose harissa. Try the Pedro Ximenez, tonka, Manjari 64% chocolate and Tahitian vanilla dessert. Show more
