Overview
Established in 1928, Samphire Restaurant at The County Hotel is located on the grounds of Old Rainsford Manor. A refined hotel with traditional service, the restaurant keeps up with modern cooking techniques and trends. Typical dishes include ham hock terrine and piccalilli, followed by pan-fried fillet of sea bass with ratte potatoes, samphire and salsa verde.
