Overview
Little sister to Mark Birchall’s flagship Moor Hall on the same site, The Barn occupies a rural setting packed with character and wonderful countryside views. Directly opposite Moor Hall itself and overlooking a large pond, a modern staircase takes guests upstairs to the first-floor dining area. Exposed brickwork and timber beamed ceilings give it a natural, rustic feel with central bar and an open-plan kitchen at the end. Birchall’s field-to-plate philosophy is showcased via a regularly changing menu offering contemporary cooking using produce from Moor Hall’s five-acre grounds alongside high quality ingredients from around the UK.
