Overview
Restaurant Francatelli is set within the luxurious St James’s Hotel and Club in the heart of Mayfair. The menu is inspired by the 1846 cookbook by Italian British chef Charles Elmé Francatelli’s, who was the chief cook for Queen Victoria and other members of the Royal Family. Expect Victorian dishes underpinned by contemporary technique.
