Pastel tones and fabrics subtly garner shoreline references and fittingly, the kitchen deals in seafood, with an ever-changing menu and specials blackboard featuring day-boat landings from British shores. Service is well informed and the kitchen turns out modern dishes of precision, balance, flavour and flair.
