Overview
Spacious, thoughtfully decorated and furnished, with an informal and atmospheric dining room and a popular bar. The modern, and inventive, British culinary output changes with the seasons – Balmoral venison loin bolognese with Szechuan pepper; shepherd's pie; hake fillet roasted in Marmite butter; crispy almond milk polenta, and daily chef’s specials.
