"Wonderful ancient inn with a refined menu."
Overview
Ageing beautifully, the Sign of the Angel is a 500-year-old, timbered inn that is the very personification of classy Cotswold charm. Low-beamed ceilings, walk-in fireplaces and cosy nooks and crannies are all present and correct, and candlelit tables add to the cosseting mood. On the food side, the kitchen takes local sourcing very seriously.
