Rufflets Brasserie
"Local produce features in dishes of flair and imagination."
Overview
Sitting in 10 acres of exquisite and mature gardens, this white-painted, colonial-style hotel has been in the same family since 1952. The contemporary restaurant overlooking the grounds is a spacious and comfortable space to enjoy the modern British cooking using local Scottish ingredients, some from their own garden which achieved organic status in 2025.

About the area
This 20-mile wide peninsula between the Firth of Forth and the Firth of Tay is an ancient kingdom, once the home of Scotland’s kings and saints. Despite its modern bridges it still seems curiously detached from the rest of the country
