Overview
In a house in historic and picturesque Grape Lane, the young James – later Captain – Cook once lodged as an apprentice. Next door to what is now his museum is this luxury accommodation, tucked away behind an almost secret front door. In its day it has been a bank, a seamen’s hospital and even home to the Whitby photographic archive.
