Down a quiet country lane in Cheshire, this delightful 2-acre garden and nursery is owned and run by former BBC Gardener of the Year, Sue Beesley. With a wildflower meadow, mixed orchards, wide herbaceous beds and a bluebell wood also on site, a trip here is the perfect venue for plant specialists, keen gardeners, wildlife lovers or anyone who just wants to get back to nature for a few hours. Around 700 varieties of flowering perennials are available from the nursery, the aim being to provide year-round colour and interest in your garden at home. Most of the plants are propagated and grown on site. You can picnic here or have a hot drink and a snack in the tearoom.
