Overview
You have to descend 105 steps to a narrowboat that takes you on a one-mile underground exploration of floodlit caverns, part of which was once a lead mine. The hand-carved tunnels open out into a network of natural caverns and underground rivers. Your journey ends at the Bottomless Pit, a huge subterranean lake in a huge, cathedral-like cavern.
