Dog friendly walks in Lancashire
A county of contrasting landscapes, Lancashire offers an array of casual, coastal walks, hilltop hikes and a diverse heritage to explore with your dog. Historical landmarks, such as Darwen Tower, woods, wildlife and walks encompassing the expansive and intimate Lancashire countryside make for an enjoyable and rewarding day out. Most routes around the region are dog friendly, though please be considerate of working farms and livestock and keep your dog on the lead and under close control when required.
