Overview
The Salisbury Museum occupies the medieval King’s House, within the glorious setting of Cathedral Close. There are fantastic collections and exhibitions to enjoy and events all year round. The Wessex Gallery houses one of Europe’s most extensive collections of Stonehenge and pre-historic artefacts. There is a museum shop stocked with books, cards and gifts and the Salisbury Museum Café serves delicious food - its garden has the best view of Salisbury Cathedral in town.
