Surrounded by pretty, stone-built villages, Hoburne Cotswold lies alongside one of the UK’s biggest water parks, with water sports, nature trails and wildlife. Four lakes belong to Hoburne, including one for anglers, others with pedalos and canoes for hire. Cirencester, Gloucester, Cheltenham and Blenheim Palace, Winston Churchill’s birthplace, are recommended day-out destinations.
