The Stafford recently unveiled its new restaurant: MICHAEL CAINES at The Stafford, showcasing his signature modern European cuisine, and the American Bar is a fabulous venue in its own right, festooned with an eccentric array of celebrity photos, caps and ties. Afternoon tea is a long established tradition here.
