Set within 330 acres of the Nottingham University campus, Bramleys has been transformed as part of The Orchard Hotel’s refurbishment and now boasts a stylish interior that makes the restaurant a destination in its own right. Small plates are served alongside innovative main dishes and the cooking displays technicality and skill.

Most people associate Nottinghamshire in the East Midlands with the legend of Robin Hood, though the former royal hunting ground of Sherwood Forest has been somewhat tamed since Robin’s outlaw days.
