Located on the Carden Park country estate with a Jacobean core, Welsh mountain views and a three-acre vineyard, settle in at Redmond's – the brasserie style setting offers a relaxed and family-friendly dining experience. Choose from sharing antipasto boards or fish platters or go for a three-course meal that might feature the Carden steak burger. Plus there's plenty to choose from on the grill.
