Overview
Set in the sumptuous Carden Park golf and spa hotel in the pretty village of Broxton, The Vines Restaurant is tastefully decked out with subtle shades of cream and warm whites, discreet lighting and well-spaced, linen-clothed tables – all in all, an elegant setting to enjoy the finely tuned contemporary dishes. An imaginative Asian idea sees roasted monkfish matched with Bombay potatoes, tomato and coriander chutneys, cucumber, naan bread, coconut and kaffir lime sauce, while venison loin comes with pearl barley and venison ragout, salsify, pear, kale and café au lait sauce. The wine list includes bottles from their own vineyard.
