Overview
Orchard House is a large, detached property with a bright, modern interior, set in a peaceful part of Wadebridge. Upstairs, there are three attractive double bedrooms, each featuring an en-suite shower room. The main bedroom benefits from a private balcony, offering far-reaching views across the town. On the ground floor is a spacious lounge, a large fully-fitted kitchen, and an orangery-style dining room. There is table football for entertainment, and direct access to the private garden, which is ideal for summer evening barbecues. Complimentary WiFi and Netflix are available. There is free parking on the drive, and secure storage for bikes, golf clubs, boards, and other sporting equipment.
