Robert Smail's Printing Works
Overview
These buildings contain a Victorian office, a paper store with reconstructed waterwheel, a composing room and a press room. The machinery, powered used to be powered by the waterwheel, is in full working order and visitors may view the printer at work and experience typesetting in the composing room. If you get the printing bug there are one-day letterpress and typography workshops available.
