Walk directions

From the road junction walk west along the lane, passing the Inn at Hawnby on your left.

At Manor Farm turn right up a stony track with a footpath sign. Keep left at the first fork, go through a gate, then stay with the track where it bends right, uphill, past a way-marked post. The track soon runs level again, below woodland, and goes through two gates to lead past the isolated Hill End House.
