Overview
Just seven miles from the centre of Northampton, medieval Salcey Forest is a beautiful woodland with ancient trees including many veteran oaks dating back 600 years. Several trails for walkers, cyclists and horse riders lead to tranquil picnic and play areas as well as a café serving homemade lunches and cakes.
