The Maids Head Hotel is an impressive 13th-century building situated close to the impressive Norman cathedral, and within easy walking distance of the city centre. The bedrooms are pleasantly decorated and thoughtfully equipped; some rooms have original oak beams. The spacious public rooms include a Jacobean bar, a range of seating areas and the WinePress Restaurant. Hotel guests can experience a complimentary spin around the city in a chauffeur-driven vintage Bentley.
